A well-produced and processed coffee, with all of the organic requirements and certifications to offer the market that is
looking to share the traceability of an organic coffee.
El Jocotillo is a subregion of the Fraijanes Plateau, one of Guatemala's 8 coffee growing regions and is located in the South West of the Guatemala Department. Its main characteristic is the rich volcanic soil. The region is home to the Pacaya Volcano, one of Guatemala's most active volcanoes, covering farms with small amounts of ash every day. The region also receives plenty of rain (60 to 120 inches), and has lots of sun during the year. Making it a great place for coffee growing. Average temperatures range from 15 to 26 degrees Celsius and the drying season is marked by plenty of sunlight to help sundry the coffees.
