A história do café
Zobeida is part of the Alarcón family and this is her story:
"We named it La Palestina because this land is blessed, everything that is harvested in these lands grows and bears fruit," Don Juan told us when asked about the meaning of his farm's name.
The vision of Palestine is to reach 2025 with 10 technical hectares, so its day begins at 5:00 a.m. m. supervising the harvest and in the administrative part, they have an investment plan and a schedule of activities.

The Alarcón family wishes that 10 years from now, Palestine will become a farm with the doors open to experiential tourism and thus they will know the whole process of their coffee.
