Durante o transporte da origem para o armazém e enquanto armazenado, seu café é totalmente coberto pelo seguro da Algrano. Caso aconteça algo, nós lidamos com o assunto.
Para o transporte rodoviário para a torrefação, você pode escolher 2 opções de entrega:
** Entrega porta-a-porta (DDP):** nós organizamos do transporte rodoviário até você. Compararemos preços e organizaremos os detalhes da retirada. Seguro de transporte e reivindicações são totalmente cobertos pela Algrano. Você não precisa se preocupar com nada!
Retirada do armazém (FCA): você terá que organizar o transporte, e terá que informar seu transportador de acordo. Você deve organizar o seguro, e em caso de danos devido ao transporte, apresentar reivindicações ao seu transportador.
Para os compradores na UE, Suíça e Reino Unido, o café será fornecido desalfandegado (taxas alfandegárias pagas). Em caso de entrega intracomunitária, você terá que comunicar a compra de acordo com os regulamentos locais do IVA.
Podemos fornecer transporte para torrefações na Noruega, Islândia e Liechtenstein, mas não podemos importar no país. Neste caso, você terá que registar a importação.
Para os compradores nos EUA, providenciamos desalfandegamento.

A história do café
This is a family farm owned by Mr. Kinoti Miara. Located in North Imenti one of the nine constituencies of Meru County. It falls in one of the most fertile and best watered parts of Kenya. Coffee and tea quality in this region is a sure guarantee due to the favourable climatic conditions. Mr. Miara is a dedicated and innovative producer who has continuously improved his coffee quality season after season.

Coffee Milk Blood, limited edition
Coffee Milk Blood is a project and book inspired by my own experience as an African woman in the industry and the theme of the book touches on appropriate storytelling/depiction of producers - how we want to be seen beyond the coffee and as women, the African woman, the culture of the place as well as underpinnings of Colonialism that are the structures we still operate within in our industry. The book of which we are putting out the main version and limited edition will be a tool the industry needs especially challenging the visual context we often see of coffee origins/producing countries and the faces behind the coffee.
