This is what Jessica from Algrano's lab said about our Funky coffees:
"Well done. They're amazing! Is the orange bourbon being infused with oranges? it's insane how it tastes literally like orange juice!"
So this is the third member of our FUNKY family. Like all the other members of the family, it comes from the Bourbon variety. It is known in Colombia as Bourbon Naranja. The name is due to its orange flavor.
We want to clarify that no type of infusion is made in the coffee fermentation process. only yeasts are added to help enhance the flavor of the grain.
Although it is not as extravagant and complex as Funky Bourbon, nor as exotic as Funky Sidra, it is a coffee like no other, which makes it a worthy member of this group of particular coffees.
This coffee is the perfect coffee to start your day. Imagine a coffee that gives you the freshness of your orange juice.
