Would you like to taste a very unique coffee that is not your typical Colombian washed coffee, but nevertheless it has the right sweetness and the perfect body?
Those are the attributes that we have achieved after years of experimentation.

This coffee goes through a very particular fermentation process which can take up to 5 weeks after the right cherries have been picked in our farms near Pitalito town in the Huila region at 1.780 MASL.
