A história do café
Although women have always been at the center of coffee growing, there is still a long way to reach gender equality in the field. Aiming to transform this reality, we launched an initiative to highlight women's work in coffee growing at Campo das Vertentes. In September 21st, we had our first meeting to discuss feminine protagonism within the chain and the importance of a collective mindset to reach better opportunities and empower women. The project embraces about 40 growers from 07 partner associations and Sancoffee members.
