El Corazón farm was previously a pasture area, where cattle were raised, then coffee was grown in association with native trees of the area, in order to recover the degradable area and with a vision of minimizing climate change.
The natural coffee is a process that we currently carry out with great dedication and effort from the selective harvesting to the drying, this process is also used so that in some way we can reduce environmental contamination.
