Durante el transporte desde el origen hasta el almacén y cuando está almacenado en el almacén, su café está asegurado a todo riesgo por Algrano. En caso de que ocurra algo, nos haremos cargo del asunto.
Para el transporte por carretera hasta su tostadero, puede elegir 2 opciones de entrega:
**Entrega a domicilio: nos encargamos del transporte por carretera hasta su domicilio. Compararemos precios y organizaremos los detalles de la recogida. El seguro de transporte y las reclamaciones de transporte están totalmente cubiertos por Algrano. No tiene de qué preocuparse.
Recogida en almacén (FCA): tendrá que organizar usted mismo el transporte y dar las instrucciones oportunas a su transportista. Tendrá que organizar el seguro y, en caso de daños durante el transporte, tendrá que presentar la reclamación al transportista.
Para los compradores de la UE, Suiza y el Reino Unido, el café se entregará despachado de aduana. En caso de una entrega intracomunitaria, tendrá que informar de la compra de acuerdo con su normativa local sobre el IVA.
Para los compradores en Noruega, Islandia, y Lichtenstein, podemos proporcionar el transporte a su tostadero, pero no podemos importar en estos países. En este caso, deberá registrar la importación.
Para los compradores de EE.UU., nos encargaremos del despacho de aduanas.

La historia del café
Samuel Macharia and his family have been farming Kiranga Estate since 1995. The farm is located in Kirinyaga county -Keruga town. Over the years they have self-educated and invested in new techniques to improve coffee quality to enable fetch higher prices for their coffee. Samuel reports that the extension services, quality monitoring, training and access to farm inputs have helped him improve the quality of his coffee.

Coffee Milk Blood, limited edition
Coffee Milk Blood is a project and book inspired by my own experience as an African woman in the industry and the theme of the book touches on appropriate storytelling/depiction of producers - how we want to be seen beyond the coffee and as women, the African woman, the culture of the place as well as underpinnings of Colonialism that are the structures we still operate within in our industry. The book of which we are putting out the main version and limited edition will be a tool the industry needs especially challenging the visual context we often see of coffee origins/producing countries and the faces behind the coffee.
Cherry is selectively handpicked and then pulped in a 2-disc pulper. Coffee is then fermented overnight. After fermentation, the parchment is washed in clean water and transferred to raised beds to sundry. On average, it takes 14 to 21 days for the parchment to dry.
