The coffee story

Cristian is part of the 3rd generation of coffee farmers on his family. They are located in Siguatepeque city. His farm is called "Tio Juan" (uncle Juan) and it is located at 1760 masl. Cristian is on his 50's and used to be a dentist and now he is also a roaster. He's character shows his passion in coffee. Cristian owns a coffee shop named Café Tío Juan, you can find them on instagram @cafetiojuan.
