Carefully cultivated by a group of 15 farmer friends and family members, who live in one of our highest and most remote zones. Alexy, Arling and BenjamÃn Rivera are a few of the names that come to mind. In the remote El Pinal zone, we all work together, care for each other's children when one of us needs to go to town, and we form a tight knit group of dedicated, well versed coffee farmers. While each of us has their own finca, and while we each prepare micro-lots, we also put some of our coffees together, to offer a bigger lot that offers the same traits and traceability as our micro-lots.
