The coffee story

El Limonal is a lot from La Pacaya Farm located in Tarrazu.
Each harvest season we try our best to educate our coffee harvesters so that they pick only the best looking ripe beans. This allows us to get the best quality coffee, this is one of the many steps we have to follow strictly in order to get our characteristic tasting notes such as, chocolate, citrus, caramel, among others.
