The coffee story

This coffee comes from a group of producers based in the town of San Andres in Lempira, Western Honduras. It displays a pleasant sweet cup and smooth body. All coffees in the area are grown under the shade of native trees and with the use of organic fertilizers.

Coagricsal has been supporting the group with workshops where they are trained to prepare inputs using a preparation of mountain microorganisms, as well as compost with 4 types of materials: chicken manure, coffee pulp, cattle manure and coffee husk.
