Altitude washing station: 1624 masl
Altitude farms: 1550- 1835 masl

Humure is the name of the highest hill in the area. This station is entirely managed by women. After washing the coffee, the water is captured and pumped back up on the hill to use it again. Along with the practice of partial washing, we try to use as little water as possible. This station will push out a lot of amazing coffees this year as we invested in new washing channels and a big storage unit.
