In 2013 we had 2 hectares of old coffee trees and we started planting 2 more hectares of new coffee trees. Since then we have been improving the planting, cultivation and post-harvest processes. In 2015 we already obtained 8 Quintales from the new coffee trees. By 2016 we were able to produce 40 Quintales in the 4 hectares. In 2017, it was 80 Quintales. In 2019 the production was 100 Quintales. In 2020, we had 95 Quintales. For this year we reached 100 Quintales again of parchment coffee in the 4 hectares.
Since 2019 we have started a project to have 10 hectares more of coffee trees of the Geisha, Bourbon, Caturra Amarillo and Catuai varieties. Likewise, we have implemented improvements in processes and equipment aimed at obtaining high-quality specialty coffees.
Our goal is to be the best coffee producer in the country, being increasingly sustainable and profitable.
