The coffee story
This coffee is produced in the mountains of El Volcán and Guijo, two mountain ranges located in Santa Barbara. The plantations range from 1200 to 1400 meters above sea level. This is a juicy coffee with citric acidity and notes of chocolate with a good balance and a pleasant aftertaste.
The lot is offered through Coagricsal, a cooperative that works with more than 3000 coffee growers throughout Honduras. Coagricsal has a wide number of environmental, social and community sustainability projects from campaigns against child labour to forest recovery, health care for staff members, educational and community development programs.
