The coffee story
Finca La Aurora is located in the municipality of Erandique, Lempira. This Producer who from his childhood began planting, harvesting, making an excellent coffee processing with the teachings that his parents and grandparents gave him, he is the fourth generation of producer to inherit the family's production.
At the moment, with his wife and children, they have tried to improve and adopt good practices that are friendly to the environment in order to have his farms fully integrated. Their culture is to protect soil, forest, fauna since the of every living being on the planet, for this reason they are small plots that are very well managed, respecting the rules of the Lenca culture. They aplly the process of semi-washed with controlled fermentation up to 48 and 72 hours.
Their visión is to be producers with all quality standards and to be able to have self sustainability on the farm and family, and to help progress the Lenca community.
