La pacaya is a farm located in San Lorenzo de Tarrazu, one of the best regions of coffee around the world. 
Coffee has been the center of our lives for almost 20 years, 
That's why everyday we work harder than the day before, investigating and implementing new ways of producing and processing coffee in order to get the best quality possible. 

The process

We bring the coffee from our farm and pulped, then we dry the coffee for 14 days to get the best quality
