The coffee story
The production in this farm started in the second half of the century XIX, with Mr. Patrocinio Hernández Barquero, who since that time was exporting his coffee to England. The farm was inherited to his daughter Eva and then to María who is Don Julián´s mom the current owner of the farm. This means that now for four generations the family its been growing high-quality coffee, continuously improving their production practices that have a positive impact on the environment and quality.
The process
Handpicked coffee, only ripe cherries selected 1 day of fermentation and 22 days of sun-drying on African beds.More from this seller
