CAPAA was created on September 14, 2013, to improve the living conditions of of its associates by developing a healthy, healthy, profitable and quality coffee growing, involving the new and following generations of producers to ensure sustainable production for all those involved in the chain. Since 2017, the Cooperative has been led by the sons and daughters of producers and Young professionals dedicated to the research and production of specialty coffees. Led by our technicians and producers, we investigate new techniques and processes that allow us to express the best character and profile of our coffee. We have focused on constantly innovating production practices and that these practices do not affect or pollute the environment. This allows us to work with good coffee processes (Honey, Natural and Washed). We have also developed programs for the regeneration of overexploited soils, where we now produce good coffee. In addition to having women involved in the management of the cooperative, we also have women who lead the farm and their families. Our organization have 35% of woman producers, from these producers our Bromelia coffee is born, inspired by the dedication, love and passion they dedicate to coffee - 382 members - 955 coffee acres - 26740 quintales of production - 134 womens members
