Homa Multipurpose Coffee Farmers' Cooperative established in 1995 G.C in Ethiopia to deliver premium garden coffee from the heart of the West Guji highlands. Named after the Homa River, a lifeline for its members, the cooperative is dedicated to bringing its members' high-quality coffee to the global market. Guided by values of customer-centricity, trust, integrity, and honesty, the cooperative produces eco-friendly washed, natural, and premium coffees grown under shade trees and certified as 100% organic. With an annual production capacity of 965 metric tons, Homa plans to scale up by integrating advanced knowledge and technology. Harvesting takes place from October to January, with shipments spanning November to October. It holds certifications on organic (EU, NOP and JAS), Fairtrade International and S.P.P. Homa upholds rigorous quality and ethical standards. The cooperative supports its community through interest-free loans and infrastructure development, including schools, health posts, roads, and a grain mill—making Homa a beacon of sustainable growth and shared prosperity.
