Specialty sun-dried natural coffee produced by small holder coffee farmers. More women and youth participation than other coffee producer group. Shwe Taung Thu has good quality traceability and money transparency.

Shwe Taung Thu is a farmers' association in the area of Ywangan, Southern Shan State. The group was formed in 2018 by 18 villages near Ywangan Township and represents 300 producer members from 17 villages today. A lot of the land used to grow coffee is communal and farmers also work in sorting and processing cherries. Farmers come from two ethnic groups, the Danu people and the Pa-O people; most are Buddhist women.
