Java Lavado

All our coffees come from the highlands of Aranjuez, Matagalpa, within the El Arenal natural reserve. This region is known for its cool climate, rich soils, and ideal altitudes for producing exceptional specialty coffee. Each process and variety reflects the identity of our origin and the care taken at the Corrales farms.

A clean, bright, and refined cup profile resulting from a traditional washed process in which ripe cherries are pulped, fermented, and washed with fresh mountain water. This method brings forward elegant acidity, a light body, and the subtle sweetness that characterize Java grown in Aranjuez.
