The coffee story

Sancoffee’s position at Campo das Vertentes provides very favorable conditions for
the production of natural coffees. Broad temperature ranges in the winter contribute to
a slower more even maturation of the cherries while the low humidity of the dry season
makes it easier to process coffees in opened patios.

Over the years, Sancoffee member farms have perfected a drying method for natural
coffees that avoids unintended fermentation and enhances classic brazilian attributes
such as cocoa and chocolate notes, providing a very clean and sweet cup. For this
