The coffee story

This regional blend comes from small coffee producers located in the north of Huila, mainly in Santa Maria and Palermo. Producers like Diego Horta, a role model for generational succession, have inspired many young people in Huila to continue coffee production with innovative thinking. Besides being a charming town, Santa Maria is an ideal location for producing exceptional coffees, as its soil has been enriched by the nearby Huila Volcano and the culture of carefully producing specialty coffees that has been developed by landowners over the last decades.
