Over five generations of coffee expertise and knowledge, this family of Italian descent has made their living from coffee since their great-grandparents. The coffee grown at Sítio dos Cedros, the main property of the family, undergoes a careful selection through manual harvesting carried out by the owners and agricultural partners, providing great satisfaction to those who will taste the drink. From May to December, the beans ripen slowly and healthily due to the region's mild temperature and rich soil, in addition, of course, to family work. Furthermore, the family is committed to developing the agroforestry system, thus reducing environmental impact , and bringing even more remarkable qualities to the fruit. The Sítio dos Cedros batches have high sweetness, medium body with creamy texture, high acidity, cane and caramel flavor, long and balanced finish, in addition to having floral notes and yellow fruits, mainly jasmine, cajá and mango, red fruits, honey, nuts and other plethora of flavors. The uniqueness of the product, combined with careful family work has already drawn accolades, such as the Venda Nova do Imigrante Quality Contest (2014) and the 2017 Highlight Award (Prêmio Destaque) promoted by BSCA.
