As Chief Financial Officer, you are a crucial member of Algrano’s management team. You will be responsible for leading and professionalizing the finance function as Algrano enters an ambitious new phase of growth.

This role requires an experienced, tech-savvy and analytical leader who can seamlessly align financial strategy with our fast-paced business objectives. You will empower your team to execute and  automate day-to-day operations, and establish strong, high-trust relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

As a Technical Product Manager - Operations, you’ll own a critical strategic initiative: building scalable operations. Your core mission is simple but highly challenging: decouple the growth of our order volume from the growth of our headcount.

You will work closely with our Logistics, Sourcing, and Finance teams to map complex physical logistics processes and translate them into highly efficient, automated technical workflows.

As a Marketplace Analyst at Algrano, you will be the analytical engine driving our platform's growth and the go-to data partner for the entire company.

You'll bridge the gap between raw data and commercial action, analyzing user behavior to optimize conversion funnels, uncover critical mismatches between roaster demand and producer supply, and manage our core Looker dashboards.

Working closely with our Product, Sourcing, and Growth teams, you'll leverage modern analytics to ensure every strategic decision we make is backed by the "why" behind the "what." If you are a hands-on, product-minded storyteller who thrives on turning insights into revenue, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Product Designer at Algrano, you’ll help shape and improve the experience across key parts of the marketplace, including coffee discovery, the offers system, and inventory management. As a member of our Product team, you'll be working closely with our Head of Design, Head of Product and CTO.

We use an adapted agile process to focus on impactful work, deliver high quality, and get things done. Algrano is a Ruby on Rails web application, and design at Algrano is highly collaborative. You’ll work closely with engineering to ship thoughtful, well-crafted interfaces.

As a Destination Logistics Manager US, you will be our logistics Swiss knife that handles various tasks along the entire Algrano supply chain.

You'll be the first point of reference for all things concerning Algrano’s logistics in the US and Canada. You will be the main responsible for managing the coffee safely from our warehouses to our clients, and for the warehousing and inbound stock management of our coffees.

As a Roaster & Producer Support Specialist in Latin America or East Africa, you'll be the go-to person for roasters and producers using our Marketplace.

Your role is all about making sure their experience is smooth and enjoyable by answering their queries about our platform while pro-actively helping producers to manage their inventory.
