Cheptolo AA

This lot comes exclusively from our SL28 trees, a variety renowned for producing some of Kenya’s most distinguished coffees. Grown and harvested on our estate, these SL28 cherries were selected at peak ripeness to showcase the variety’s classic clarity, structure, and sweetness. 

For this lot, we used a traditional fully washed process: hand-sorting, pulping the same day, a controlled fermentation, thorough channel washing, and slow drying on raised beds to ensure even moisture reduction and a clean, bright cup profile. 

The result is a beautifully refined expression of SL28, vibrant, balanced, and true to the heritage of Kenyan coffee, crafted entirely on our farm with intention and care.
