The Red Catuai, Natural Deliciousness :)

Hello There :) Happy 2026!!! We love to share what we do : Our coffee is being picked right now at our small but fully delightful coffee farm above the 1400 mts in Jinotega El Chimborazo, one of the highest points in Jinotega the North of Nicaragua. We produce Red Catuai that has cupped 87-89 SCAA points and 87.25 twice at Cup of Excellence in Nicaragua years 2024 and 2025.  It used to be a Carrot farm and we transformed it into a Glorious Coffee Plantation and Fantastic place to visit :)  We produce coffee naturally, natural products that we make ourselves as we love regenerative farming, mixed with stuff we know is ok. We produce only about 75 sacks per year, this is why this plantation allows us to focus on QUALITY over quantity. We are super HAPPY our amazing coffee is loved in 4 continents of the whole wide world. WE love it too!!! This is the perfect production of LOVE. For the last 5 years we have worked so, so hard to produce coffee that will make you DREAM about it :) and this is our Reward!!!
