All our coffees come from the highlands of Aranjuez, Matagalpa, within the El Arenal natural reserve. This region is known for its cool climate, rich soils, and ideal altitudes for producing exceptional specialty coffee. Each process and variety reflects the identity of our origin and the care taken at the Corrales farms.
