Las Veraneras located in Ahuachapan is the main coffee estate of our Biokrop Project where and inception a decade ago with biodynamic ancestral best practices combined with top biotech transfer. For 2025, this particular lot is a mixture of 70% San Pacho Black Honey and 30% San Pacho Natural where the processes were blended during the dry milling process a result of cupping sessions that reflected the blend of processes improved cup quality of this unique varietal.
