Marsellesa Fully Washed AA

Introducing Marsellesa, a standout in the realm of specialty coffee. Marsellesa is a variety in the Sarchimor family. Sarchimor plants are introgressed from Villa Sarchi (a natrual Bourbon mutation, like Caturra and Pacas) and a coffee leaf rust (CRL) resistant offspring from Timor-Leste.

Marsellesa Washed: A clean, refreshing coffee with caramel and candied fruit notes, leaving a sweet, nectarine-tinged finish.

External Cupping Notes: Berry - Citrus - brown sugar. Some good fruit and citric acid with a cola-like sweetness upfront. Excellent balance in the cup with a velvety texture. Solid washed lot.
