The coffee story

Blend APOLO is a blend from small producers from Olopa, that have specialty coffee production, thay work in a sustainable way working with agroforestry sistemes in our farmes with it heps to slowing climate change.

This blend allows us to support small producers, giving them a great opportunity to continue working hard, with every lot that APOLO sell, we take a part to develop social project in our community. 

  • Our coffee production is with 50% of shadow with ingas and banana
  • Brow sugar aroma, with cream body, citrusy like orange peel acidity, caramel flavor with a balance aftertaste
