The 'Stripped Bourbon' or Borbón Rayado varietal is a natural mutation of Pink Bourbon, characterized by light stripes on the cherry’s skin. This unique mutation was first identified in Huila, Colombia, featured by an astounding quality.

This Stripped Bourbon was produced by Yiver Vargas at "Finca Santa Lucia" in La Plata, Huila, with a washed process.
