The coffee story

Sicafe is a constantly growing and innovating company based in El Salvador with a very long history behind it that dates back to 1870. We are coffee producers, millers, exporters, and roasters based high in the mountains of the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range. All of our knowledge and expertise has been passed down through the generations. We are a family run company very thankful to have the full support of local communities, without our collaborators' none of this would be as it is.

Our Estates are located in the western part of El Salvador in the Apaneca/Ilamatepec mountain range; the best known coffee region of El Salvador. Our farms are all located in the departments of Santa Ana and Ahuachapan. Their altitudes range from 1400 m.a.s.l. up to 1720 m.a.s.l.
