The coffee story

This coffe is directly sourced from the highlands of Triumph Biosphere, specifically from Montecristo community. This micro community lot comes from small parcels of land where each holder selectively harvests its own coffee and dries in it their roof for 10-20 days. This community holds mainly typica or "criollo" varieties but some rust resistant variants like marsellesa have been planted to boost productivity.
