The coffee story

Finca La Fany is one of our most notorious farms, located in Apaneca, Ahuachapán between 1450 and 1550 masl. This farm has been in our family since the early 1900's and has been passed down through the generations. Originally this farm was composed of 100% Red Bourbon but we have since been experimenting with other varieties as well. The majority of this farm's production remains that of the Red Bourbon varietal.
