The coffee story

We've produced organically this coffee since 2014 with a group of 150 producers in the Cañada region in the mazatec moutains of Oaxaca.
The producers are native mazatec, the coffee is mainly from Typica, Bourbon, Mundo Novo and Oro Azteca varieties.
The coffee is finely selected by hand and wet-processes after a pre-fermentation in fruit. It is fermented and washed mantaining the best practices to keep quality
