The coffee story

The name Joyabaj is derived from the Jewels that are in the region, the interesting thing about this is that the original producers explain that they call Jewels to the valleys and small mountains. This community is full of valleys, mountains and springs of water, this generates a somewhat cold climate, therefore the type of coffee that is cultivated in this zone has different attributes depending on the soil and climate.
