The coffee story

This Organic certified (USDA/NOP, COR, Europe) Natural was produced by Alexander Olaya along with his curious and methodic son Daniel, with the intention of offering organic Roasters a fantastic option of Colombian Organic besides the washed excelso, and indeed they succeeded with a complet, clean and balanced coffee, with fruity, cacao nibs and sweet notes.

Due to the relatively short fermentation, of strictly selected cherries dried carefully, this is not a funky coffee, but rather a well-balanced cup with medium-bright acidity and a juicy, rounded body.

It was produced in Vereda Santa Rita, Aipe, in the north of Huila.
