The coffee story

This lot of coffee is very specific in a way. It comes from three farms in one single parish called Masira at an altitude of 1930m. The parish is located in the Bulambuli district at the boundary of Kapchorwa, Eastern Uganda.

The three farmers are called Nagai Charles, who owns a 6 acres farm; Namos Amose, with a 4 acres farm; and Teremu Eric, with a 2 acres farm. These lovely men are the only farmers across my region that we work with.

We selectively pick ripe cherries, pulp and sundry them in African raised beds. The slow drying lasts a maximum of 4 hours each day with resting days. We believe this will taste amazing when you roast it!

The screen size is 15 up.
