The coffee story
The word Rangi Mbili- means "two colours" in Swahili, Kenya's Other National Language. This is a bulked lot of some of our two favourite AB coffee's from the Rift Valley this season in an attempt to paint two broad strokes on your tongue. However this blend is more than that. Enjoy as you take a journey through Kenyan's picturesque Rift Valley.

The process
Cherry is selectively handpicked and then pulped. Coffee is dry fermented for 16 to 20 hours and washed in clean water to remove any remaining mucilage. Parchment is soaked for 24 hours and then transferred to raised beds where it sundries for 18 to 26 days. As it dries, parchment is turned regularly to ensure even drying.More from this seller
