The research center of the FNC (Cenicafé), Tired of hearing complaints from Colombian coffee producers about the quality of Castillo released Cenicafé 1 in 2017, a variety that combines the resistency, big bean size and productivity of Castillo, but with a sensory profile pretty much like an ethipian variety, with the colombian touch. 

Yiver carries out a  double fermentation in different stages, with the purpose to add even more character, a brighter acidty and complexity.
