Hi farm is called Finca Villa Betulia and located in Acevedo, Huila. This year he planted 2000 Yellow Bourbon trees, 9000 Pink Bourbons, 2000 Geshas and 1000 Tabis.

The process

This coffee is harvested following a strict ripeness criteria, exposed to a dry fermentation of 15 hours before being pulped. Finally, the coffee is dried on raised beds to ideal moisture content.
