The coffee story

Specially produced by small producers from the Fagundes Community, members of the Beyond Borders Program, this microlot was carefully harvested and only ripe fruits were removed. Soon after harvesting, the lot was transported directly to the patio, and fermentation was in piles, bringing special characteristics to the coffee. The drying happened 100% in the sun, in a careful and slow way.
