The coffee story

 Mantiqueira Blend 

The Capadócia Coffees’ Mantiqueira Blend is made from yellow catuaí and red catuaí, two varieties of coffee. They are cultivated from June to August, at altitudes ranging from 1,100 to 1,200 meters. These two factors contribute to the unique characteristics of the Terroir of Mantiqueira de Minas, accentuating their special sensory profile, bringing notes of chocolate, walnuts, brown sugar and the region’s distinctive acidity into the blend.
