This coffee comes from the highest altitude plot of my farm (it is called Lavoura do Chapadão, located at 1.220 m of altitude). Every year this coffee stands out in cup quality due to the perfection of its maturation. Last harvest, the lots of this plot reached a Brix degree of above 25.
