A single farmer lot from José Ángel Reatiga Patiño, one of Red Ecolsierra's members in Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. José has a 3 hectares farm in the village of San Javier in the town of Ciénaga and produces only 3.300 kg of dry parchment per season. Despite the small production, his coffee is one of the few offered as single farm lots by the co-operative. The cup is clean, balanced and consistent with notes of dark fruits, cherry, brown sugar and chocolate.
