Administrative Assistant, Sourcing
You’ll keep the paperwork and planning behind each deal moving, so sellers and roasters can focus on their own decisions. You’ll work with the Sourcing team, prepare contracts, keep the shipment plan clear for the operations team that executes it, help coordinate offers and samples during harvest season, and support EUDR and certification compliance.
Head of Supply Chain
You will lead Logistics and Quality as one integrated function, owning operational performance from producer to roaster. You will lead an international team and translate Algrano’s Operations strategy into a concrete roadmap that improves service reliability, simplifies our logistics network, and makes our operations more efficient and scalable.
