Quality comment (Algrano): The acidity here is what stands out. From hot to cold, it's high, multi-layered and complex. This is a red colour coffee with notes of strawberry, rosehip, and raspberry candy moving towards blackberry frizzy cola. Candy-like at the end. The fizziness of the acidity lasts forever in your mouth, the body is medium-high and coating, but also juicy when the coffee cools down.
