Pink Bourbon honey Yiver Vargas

 Grown at Finca Santa Lucía in Huila, this Pink Bourbon Honey lot is a testament to Yiver Vargas’ dedication to quality and innovation. Yiver is not only a skilled coffee producer but also a community leader and a strong advocate for gender equality and the empowerment of women in rural Colombia. 

This lot was carefully fermented for four days — first in bags, then in tanks, both stages in contact with the natural mucilage of the cherry. The result is a bright and expressive cup with notes of passion fruit, yellow fruits, and floral aromatics, balanced by a gentle sweetness and remarkable uniformity.
